Returns for digital products

Everything on this site is digital: modules are delivered as downloads and through Composer, so there is nothing to post back. Instead of a return, you ask for a refund.

Instead of a return

• Within 30 days of your order you can ask for a full refund, for any reason. How to ask is described in our refund policy.
• There are no return costs or restocking fees, and you do not need to send us any files.
• When the refund is made, the purchase is removed from your account and your Composer keys stop giving access to it. Please uninstall the module from your stores.

Bought the wrong module or platform?

If you chose the wrong module, or Magento Open Source instead of Adobe Commerce (or the other way round), contact us within 30 days. We will refund the purchase so that you can buy the right one.

If a module does not work

Open a support ticket from your account with your Magento version and what you see. Most problems are a conflict with another extension or a configuration setting, and we can usually fix them quickly. If we cannot, you can still have your money back within 30 days, and your statutory rights apply after that.
