The free Order Tools module sets custom order numbers, as well as invoice, shipment and credit memo numbers, per store view: prefix, suffix, padding, start value and an optional yearly or monthly restart. It also adds extra order grid columns, a test order flag and guarded order deletion with an audit log. Everything that changes behaviour is off until you switch it on, and changing the settings never renumbers existing documents.
Returns & RMA lets customers and guests request returns from their orders on Luma and Hyvä, with a reason and condition per item, photos and a choice of refund or exchange. Your team approves, receives and refunds the return in the admin, and every step is logged and emailed. The return window is set in days and can count from the delivery date when a carrier module provides one.
The shipping modules connect Magento to your own carrier account. You create labels, return labels and tracking from the order view and the order grid, and offer pickup points at checkout where the carrier has them.
DPD has been tested against DPD's public test system. Beta means the module was written from the carrier's published API documentation and tested with recorded responses; DHL's parcel shop search was also tested against its sandbox. Test with your own account before you rely on a beta module for daily shipping.
Yes. Order Tools never renumbers existing orders, invoices, shipments or credit memos. Only new documents use the new format.
No. They use your own carrier account: a DHL business customer account, a DPD Germany contract with web service access, or a Royal Mail Click & Drop account. Royal Mail labels through the API need an Online Business Account.
Yes. Guests find their order with the order number, email address and billing postcode, and then follow signed links that expire.
